Account & Data Deletion

Information on how users of Likhoto™ (a product of Shyamol Private Limited) can request deletion of their account and associated data.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Likhoto™ users can request deletion of their account and associated practice data using either of the methods below.

Method A: From the Likhoto™ App

  1. Open the Likhoto™ app.
  2. Open your Settings or Profile section.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Method B: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing support@shyamol.in.

Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Likhoto" and send the request from the email address associated with your Likhoto™ account.

Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days. A confirmation will be sent when the request has been processed.

2. Data Deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, the account and associated practice data supported by the current deletion functionality are deleted from Likhoto.

  • Account Information: User profile and account information associated with the Likhoto™ account.
  • Patient and Practice Data: Patient records, notes, prescriptions, appointments, and other practice information associated with the account, where applicable.
  • Uploaded Files: Files and other media stored through the Likhoto™ account, where applicable.
  • Workspace Information: Account-associated clinic and workspace information, where applicable.

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

  • Records that must be retained to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Limited security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-related information where retention is necessary.
  • Certain transaction or billing records maintained by payment providers such as Google Play where applicable.

Any retained information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose or as required by law.
